Film length: Maximum 15 minutes
Film format: VHS, DVD, miniDV
Subject: Gay and/or Lesbian content
Tone: Affirmative, Inspirational and Upbeat
Please print out and submit a completed copy of the submissions agreement and
send with your screener and any related materials to the address shown on the
form.
