George Lyter has a diverse career in entertainment - as an actor on daytime ’s ‘General Hospital’, a Grammy Nominated lyricist/songwriter, and graduate of New York University for Directing and Screenwriting. Two of his NYU shorts, “The Seamstress” and “Peanuts & Pumps” are included in the 2003-04 BlinkFest.

George created a monthly, over-the-top public access series called ADD-TV, (Attention Deficit Disorder Television) with co producer David P. Morrow. ADD-TV debuted on Manhattan Neighborhood Network's Channel 34 in October, 2002, and Washington, D.C. in April, 2003, on Arlington Community Television, Channel 33.

Founder and President of Blink Media, Frank Cefalo, has over 12 years of Marketing and Communications experience with HBO, DaimlerChrysler, Skyy Vodka, Alitalia Airlines, JetBlue Airways and Perrier. Blink Media reaches focused segment markets through art and entertainment.

Frank began his career in entertainment as Vice President of Communications for C1TV, the nations first gay and lesbian television network. Currently, Blink Media, is co-producing:
- The Artist Showcase Series, benefiting the GMHC and the MAC AIDS Fund
- The feature film "The Front Runner", based on the best selling novel by Patricia Nell Warren
- The reality television series "American Pride", a search for an openly gay country music star

BlinkFest creates an uplifting environment that appeals to both gay men and lesbians, uniting our community through stylish and fun entertainment.

Media marketing executive Frank Cefalo and filmmaker George Lyter met in July of 2002 at the Philadelphia International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. Their mutual interest in starting a fresh, all inclusive film festival for gay and lesbian short films provided the genesis for the creation of BlinkFest.
